The Nordic Psychiatric Association is seeking a new editor for the Nordic Journal of Psychiatry (NJP).
This opportunity has arisen following the recent departure of Per Hove Thomsen, who served as editor with responsibility for both child and adolescent psychiatry and adult psychiatry.
We are primarily looking for candidates who are specialists in psychiatry or child and adolescent psychiatry, preferably with an interest in both adult psychiatry and child and adolescent psychiatry, scientific work, and Nordic collaboration. Experience in research, scientific writing, peer review, or editorial work is an advantage, but the most important qualification is a strong commitment to the advancement of psychiatric knowledge.
This role is well suited to someone who wishes to contribute to the development of psychiatric research and the dissemination of knowledge within a Nordic context.
If you are interested, or would like to learn more about the position, you are warmly encouraged to contact the Chair of the Swedish Psychiatric Association (SPF), Jonas Eberhard. □
